  Our second story needed new floors so we went to FCI with a small idea of what we wanted to do with the house. Jonathan took a lot of time to explain us what were the options in terms of carpet and floors. He also showed us pictures of previous works and this made our choice much easier. We never felt pushed to buy something we were not sure about, he made recommendations but letting us decide on everything. We asked him to quote several options as we were not sure about the budget we had and he did gladly. We decided to go with FCI because it gave us a great product at a lesser price than any of the other companies we quoted from. Also, with all the time Jonathan spent with us and his professionalism he gained our trust. The installation was quick and very professional. Our floor and carpet look great. I would recommend FCI to any friend.
